Terms & Conditions of Service

Taxi Wis and Taxi Wisconsin service terms for reservations, quotes, payments, recordings, safety monitoring, lost items, cleaning fees, chargebacks, and electronic authorization.

Taxi Wis Terms & Conditions

By requesting service, booking transportation, submitting payment, communicating with dispatch, entering a vehicle, or using Taxi Wisconsin transportation services, the Client agrees to the following terms.

Reservation, Quotes, & Payment Protocol

  • Confirmation: No booking is confirmed until full payment is received. Verbal or written communication does not constitute a guaranteed vehicle hold.
  • Phone Quote Expiration: Quotes provided over the phone are valid for the same business day only.
  • Online & Text Quote Expiration: Quotes generated via website or text expire within three (3) business days.
  • Third-Party Payments: If you place a booking through our platform but a third-party affiliate or outside company processes and takes your payment, you are legally bound by their specific terms and conditions in addition to ours. The Service Provider is not responsible for refund or cancellation disputes involving third-party payment processors.
  • Environmental Surcharges: Rates may be adjusted for extreme factors, including severe outside temperatures, heavy snow, or hazardous road conditions.
  • Unpaid/On-Demand Pickup: For requests without payment on file, the driver will wait for two (2) minutes. If the Client does not appear, the location is released and the request is cancelled.

Hourly Bookings & Overtime

  • Overtime Accumulation: If a trip exceeds the scheduled duration by one (1) minute or more, the Client is billed for a full additional hour. No pro-rating is offered.
  • Itinerary Deviations: Any additional stops or route changes not in the original quote will convert a transfer into an Hourly Booking, subject to full-hour billing.

SMS Opt-Out & AI Auto-Blocking

  • Opt-Out Consequences: Replying "STOP" will trigger our AI-driven communication system to automatically block your phone number from our voice and text network.
  • Restriction: You will no longer be able to call dispatch or office lines from that number. All future contact must be via email only.

Zero Tolerance Threat Policy & AI Monitoring

  • Recording Disclosure: The Client acknowledges that all interactions are recorded, including phone calls, SMS, and in-person conversation.
  • AI Threat Detection: We utilize an AI Security System that monitors all communications in real-time.
  • If the AI detects verbal threats or harassment, the system will immediately disconnect or hang up the call.
  • The system may permanently block the Client's phone number.
  • Recorded threats and data may be automatically transferred to local law enforcement in Wisconsin or Minnesota.

Safety, Security, Property & Vehicle Policies

Taxi Wis and Taxi Wisconsin safety rules apply before, during, and after transportation service.

Security, Surveillance, & Body Cameras

  • Active Monitoring: Vehicles are equipped with active video and audio recording. Drivers may wear body cameras or AI recording glasses.
  • Non-Negotiable: These safety systems are for the protection of all parties; requests to disable them will not be honored. Entry into the vehicle constitutes express consent to be recorded.

Lost and Found Policy

  • Recovery Fees: If an item is found and the Client requests its return, recovery fees apply.
  • Delivery: Client pays the driver the mileage rate or full fare for the return trip.
  • Mailing: Client pays all shipping costs, plus a 15% administrative surcharge, plus the driver’s time/mileage to the shipping facility.

Damage, Cleaning, & Sanitation

  • Smoking & Vaping: Strictly prohibited. Violation results in an immediate $300.00 cleaning fee and termination of service without refund.
  • Sanitation: A minimum $300.00 fee applies to any bodily fluid cleanup, including vomiting or biohazard cleanup.

Fraud Prevention & Identity Verification

  • ID Check: For bookings over $100.00, a valid government photo ID matching the credit card must be presented.
  • SMS Authorization: You consent to receive an SMS to authorize the transaction. Failure to respond may result in cancellation.

Chargebacks, Legal Recovery & Electronic Signature

Payment disputes, fraudulent chargebacks, unpaid balances, and digital authorization are governed by the following Taxi Wis and Taxi Wisconsin terms.

Chargebacks & Legal Statutes

  • Theft of Services: Fraudulent chargebacks will be prosecuted under Wisconsin Statute § 943.41 and Minnesota Statute § 609.821.
  • Legal Recovery: If a chargeback is lost through the processor, the account is turned over to the local County Court.
  • The Client is liable for the original fare, a $100.00 administrative fee, 18% annual interest, court costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees.

Electronic Signature

  • By providing payment or requesting service, the Client provides a digital signature and expresses full consent to all terms.
  • This includes third-party payment terms, AI-automated threat detection, recording systems, safety monitoring, and law enforcement reporting protocols.

Agreement to Taxi Wis service terms.

By booking, paying, requesting transportation, communicating with dispatch, or entering a vehicle, the Client confirms agreement to these Taxi Wisconsin Terms & Conditions of Service.

Book Reservation
