Driver Wait Time Policy
Customers must be ready at the pickup location. A driver cannot wait for an extended period unless payment or guaranteed payment information is on file.
Two-Minute Courtesy Wait
Drivers may wait up to two minutes at the customer pickup location without guaranteed payment on file.
Payment Must Be Ready
If the customer does not come out, pay the driver, or have guaranteed payment on file, the driver may leave the pickup location.
Ride May Be Canceled
If the customer is not ready and payment is not guaranteed, the ride may be canceled and a new quote or new booking may be required.
Quote Validity & Payment Policy
A transportation quote is not a permanent price lock. Quotes are temporary estimates and must be paid within the quote window to remain valid.
Quotes Valid For Three Business Days
All transportation quotes and estimated prices are valid for three business days from the time the quote is issued.
Unpaid Quotes Are Voided
If the customer does not pay within three business days, the quote is voided and a new price estimate may be required.
Payment Confirms The Quote
A ride is not considered confirmed until payment is received, the quote is accepted, and dispatch confirms scheduling availability.
