You may submit a quote request online by filling out the request quote form. TaxiWIS will respond with quote information when the trip details are reviewed.

If you confirm the quote, payment is required before dispatch. TaxiWIS does not dispatch drivers without payment arranged in advance. This helps reduce unnecessary driver dispatches when customers are not at the pickup location or are not ready for the ride.

Before a dispatcher sends a driver, TaxiWIS requires payment confirmation through one of the available booking options.

50% Up Front

Customers may be required to pay 50% of the fare up front before dispatch. The remaining balance may be handled according to the confirmed ride arrangement.

Pay In Full At Booking

Full Payment Reservation System Confirmed Ride

Customers may also choose to pay the full fare at the time of booking through the reservation system when that option is available.

TaxiWIS does not start callbacks until the AI system collects the basic ride details needed to review your request.
